The official workweek for the company runs from Thursday at 12:01 a.m. to Wednesday at midnight.
Paydays are bi-weekly on Thursdays. Paychecks include regular earnings for all work performed through the end of the previous pay period.
If a regularly scheduled payday falls on a federal holiday when banks are closed, you will be paid on the day after the holiday.
In the unusual event there is an error in your pay, tell the personnel manager right away. The situation will be researched and resolved as quickly as possible.

As you know, we are required to make mandatory deductions from pay (such as Social Security, Medicare, and income taxes). Your earnings and the filing status you selected on your Form W-4 determine the amount of the deductions. If you wish to change your filing status election, see your supervisor to obtain a new Form W-4.
We believe superior performance is achieved by the continuous development of each individual, both personally and professionally. To help facilitate open, honest, and helpful discussions about performance, we utilize a performance evaluation process. The purpose of this process is to identify your strengths so we can capitalize on them and to outline development areas so you can excel.
Performance evaluations may be held with your supervisor after 90 days and after that annually each March.
20% Off Employee Discount. Some exclusions apply.
Since our goal isn’t to work you ragged, we encourage you to take a break and refresh yourself! However, don’t leave your work area without telling your supervisor. Times for meal breaks vary by department andworkload. In order to coordinate workflow, your supervisor will normally let you know when it’s best to break for a meal.
If you work more than 7 hours, you receive a 60-minute meal break. If you work 5-6 hours, you may take a 30-minute meal break. When you’re on break, this time is your own. Take your full break, and don’t perform any work during this time. Be sure to clock out for your break and back in when you are ready to resume working.
Employees who need additional rest breaks for safety or health reasons should notify their supervisor when the break is needed unless an emergency prevents them from doing so.
You are not permitted to accumulate meal periods (or breaks) in order to leave early or to extend daily meal periods. You should take your break in the appropriate time allowed.
